How To Be Healthy :)

Are you tired of being unhealthy and you want to be healthy but you're not healthy 
you're just unhealthy and you want to be healthy but you just lose 
you're mind and you want to eat sugar but you want to be healthy but you like sugar 
and you want to be healthy DONE!!!.

Well if you start eating unhealthy stuff like meat
you gain weight yes that's right weight.
Also if you don't eat nothing you will gain weight too.

Your body stores fat because you're body doesn't
know when you will eat again.

When you are hungry and you haven't ate anything
you get angry
or well how most people say it 
HANGRY!!

Some foods have lots of sugar
like juice and other sorts of food.

Lastly eating good amounts/portion sizes-Your palm.
And breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
You live longer too if you're healthy.

Cross Country

Last week friday we had our fun run
or how you say it.
The year 3 2 and 1's ran together
After that the year six girls ran.
The last people arrived some of the one in a half
lappers arrived too.
It was the end of cross country
everybody was tired and sweaty.
